We are located on Bloomfield Ave. in Caldwell, directly across the street from Cloverleaf Tavern!

There is “FREE PARKING” in the municipal lot located behind the Salon.  After coming off of Bloomfield Ave, turn on to Gould Pl and then just make a quick left into the lot and find a spot!

*WARNING: make sure you do not park in the last row on the right hand side (passenger side) while pulling in, that is for permit parking only.*

If you are a new client to the salon, please call to book your appointment to ensure the proper appointments and time needed are given.

  • All new color clients are required to do an in person consultation with their stylists before being booked.
  • A new client consultation form will also need to be completed, which we will send you.  It can also be found here.

  • Any appointments that include any foils or hair painting must call to book their appointments with their stylist.

Cancellations / No Shows / No Calls / Late / Re-Do + Guest Policies:

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments.  Appointments are specifically reserved for yourself and for your stylist. Our salon booking and cancellation policy is intended to ensure that we have the opportunity to fill any last-minute availability. We are committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointment with us.

We respectfully request: 48 HOURS NOTICE if you are canceling your appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment because of a personal or medical emergency please contact us as soon as possible and we can decide how to best proceed.

In order to help facilitate smooth booking and cancellations of appointments made within our salon software, our salon requires a credit card be kept on file for every client when booking any and all services.
*Your data is kept safe & secure by Vagaro, which is fully PCI DSS and PCI PTS certified.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

*50% NON REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY TO SELECT SERVICES CANCELED WITHIN 48 HOURS 

*100% NON REFUNDABLE CHARGE FOR NO SHOW/ NO CALL

BOOKING/ DEPOSIT POLICY 

*$50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, which will be applied to your service the day of.  (All new color/lightening services, smoothing treatments, lashes).

*20% NON REFUNDABLE deposit on Bridal services

LATE POLICY 

*A 15 minute grace period for late arrival in case you were unexpectedly delayed. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If you think you are going to be late please call us so that we can adjust our schedule. Please understand that if you are late respectively, we will charge 50% of the service amount and require that you rebook your appointment. (50% charge applies to any scheduled services that were NOT provided the day of your appointment)

In turn, if your stylist is running late please expect a courtesy call from us ahead of time to let you know.

*If you show up extremely late, which will be determined depending on the time and situation, this may be considered the same as a No Show / No Call, (which could result in a 100% NON REFUNDABLE CHARGE)

RE-DO POLICY

* If your service needs an adjustment, we allow a 10 day grace period. If you contact us beyond 10 days, you will be charged for services provided by your stylist.  

*Within those 10 days, if your hair needs an adjustment that requires a different service than what you received, you will be charged for any extra services not included in your original service appointment. Blow Dries are not included for Re-do’s, they will be charged accordingly.

GUEST POLICY 

* Please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment (including children) If they are not being serviced. Please call us ahead of your appointment time if this is an issue.

*Banshee + Co. reserves the rights to make changes to this Cancellation / No Show / No Call Policy at any time, with or without notice.  It is at our discretion at all times, if we are to provide or deny services to any new or existing customers or clients for any reason that we might deem appropriate pertaining to any given situation that may develop between our salon, our staff and or any client or customer.
